Why your body doesn't just "absorb" infrared.
It interprets it. And the subtle difference is important.
Infrared isn't energy dumped into tissue. It's a vote if you can believe it.
A signal about season, safety, and whether mitochondria should make ATP or heat.
Near infrared tells mitochondria
"Electron flow is safe. Optimize efficiency."
That's why our NIR tightens redox, improves ATP per oxygen, and sharpens cognition.
Medium infrared tells tissue water

Please don't recommend I take Ivermectin and Fenben.
I tried that last year, via Dr. Makis, to no effect. There are claims of it working, but I am aware of no patient who benefitted from it. Neither are you.
Please don't recommend fasting or any diet-related system. Someone credible would have noticed if that worked.
Please don't recommend any cocktail of vitamins and minerals.
I very much appreciate your caring, but assume l've heard about all of the above. I'm overwhelmed with those same suggestions all day long.
