Now that I'm 100% remote, I have noticed how much I actually sit in a day and it's not great.
I also recently learned the women of my family have a history of osteoporosis.
So I'm going to try and be better about stretching on my breaks and while my food is cooking on lunch. 👍🏻

After more tests and waiting a while, everything came back okay.
He recovered well and is finally back to work albeit on a bunch of new meds.

My step-dad was put on an emergency flight home from France.
The doctors found some not-so-great things that warranted an immediate catheter and a visit to a specialist.
He's currently in the ER undergoing some scans.
Don't know what to do, some thoughts would be appreciated.
