I don't feel great, but a friend reminded me I need to eat something, and that it will make me feel better. If you have not eaten breakfast yet either, try to have something high in protein. Greek yogurt, eggs, cheese string, nuts, a hot dog bun from a Chinese bakery, something. One thing at a time.

I don't feel great, but a friend reminded me I need to eat something, and that it will make me feel better. If you have not eaten breakfast yet either, try to have something high in protein. Greek yogurt, eggs, cheese string, nuts, a hot dog bun from a Chinese bakery, something. One thing at a time.
I refuse to dwell on it, it cannot be changed. Take care of yourselves, hug a loved one, go for a walk, have an alcoholic beverage with someone, please remember that you matter, and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
