Messages like that serve two purposes: to shift blame onto a scapegoat class and to make poor white people receiving assistance feel guilty by association. If they cry out about their benefits, it classes them with the "fat, ghetto asses". In fact, they'll blame the scapegoats for absent benefits.

Can you imagine the panic if Bad Bunny incorporated a mock arrest by ICE into his show? Play 3 songs and then have 'masked men' haul off the entire crew, then leave the stadium (and ICE) wondering while hundreds of millions of people are watching. Imagine the internal discord. "Who authorized this?"
