Facing a "Pharaoh" today? 🌊 Whether it’s at the bank, the doctor, or in your own mind, remember: the pressure is often an invitation to connect with Hashem. 🕍 Use the challenge to draw closer, not just to run away. 🙏✨

The greatest darkness isn't a lack of light—it’s when we fail to see the needs of those around us. 🌑🤝 We weren't created to just see ourselves; our purpose is found in empathy and connection. Turn on the light today by helping a fellow! ✨🕯️ #Empathy #Torah #Kindness #Light

Why the "Jew-hat"? 🎩 It’s called a Kippah or Yarmulke! ✡️ It’s worn as a reminder that God is always above us, encouraging us to act with humility & mindfulness everywhere we go. 🙏✨

On the evening of January 28, 2026, a grey vehicle — reported to be a Honda sedan with New Jersey plates — repeatedly drove into the entrance area of the Chabad-Lubavitch world headquarters at 770 Eastern Parkway in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. ,

Are bugs and insects kosher? I was trying to make a soup on this snowy day here in New Jersey when I opened the package of soup which had many different kind of beans. It also had a lot of little friends swimming around apparently there was some kind of infestation... No insects are not kosher

How could God punish Pharaoh if He hardened his heart? 🧐 The first few times, the choice was Pharaoh’s. After that, the "punishment" was losing the power to choose at all. ⛓️ Don’t wait until you’re stuck—choose the right path while you still can! 🌱💪

Facing a "Pharaoh" in your life? ⚔️ When G-d told Moses to face his fears, He didn’t say "Go," He said "Come." It’s a reminder that we never walk into a tough room alone. Whatever you’re facing, you’ve got backup. 🙌✨

Wait… meat and dairy at the SAME table?! 😳
At our Florida reunion, some had kosher meat while others grabbed dairy from the bagel shop. Jewish law doesn’t ban sitting together—only mixing foods. With separate paper bags, everything.

Florida reunion vibes ☀️🌴
A shul member asks, “Can I read Torah without a yarmulka?”
So I covered his head with my hand—and the Torah flowed.
Judaism is just about showing up sometimes.

I didn’t expect this.
My inbox was flooded with messages from Iranians thanking me for speaking up as they risk everything to demand freedom.
This isn’t politics—it’s people vs oppression.
Your voices matter. The world is listening.

Elevator story turned wild 🎰🖤
At the World Poker Championship (1,000+ players), a Chabad rabbi asked a guy to put on tefillin. He said yes—then doubled up and played on fire 🔥
Plot twist: even the non-Jewish players wanted tefillin too
January 20, 2026 at 4:28 PM
“The first time you wrap tefillin, it feels awkward. Straps everywhere. Lots of fumbling.
But so is a soldier taking apart their weapon for the first time.
With practice, it becomes muscle memory. Eventually, you can do it in your sleep.
Spiritual strength is built the same way.

My dear friend Lenny (who isn’t Jewish) tried cooking a kosher meal… and then garnished the meatballs with cheese 😅🥩🧀
Plot twist: kosher = no mixing meat & dairy.
But Judaism isn’t about perfection—it’s about learning. Mistakes happen, pots can be koshered, friendships stay strong.

Today it often hides behind memes, comment sections, and even anti-Israel rhetoric that denies Jewish dignity or legitimacy. MLK warned that silence enables injustice, but Judaism also teaches wisdom in response. Don’t feed hate algorithms. Light spreads best when it’s steady.

The secret to a meaningful life? Moving past the "pinch." 🤏✨

Should you get married young? YES. The Rabbi's take: marry young & grow up together!🏡When you're not set in your ways, you build a foundation as a team. Waiting only makes you more set in your habits, which makes merging lives harder. Find the right one & go for it!❤️💍

As Iran’s people rise against oppression, I asked rabbis to pause and pray—for freedom, safety, and hope. When voices are silenced, prayers speak louder. We stand with the Iranian people

Fish never close their eyes.
And neither does God.
While we sleep, while we worry, while we wait—
He’s always watching over us. 🙏🏽

Just because the fish itself is kosher doesn’t mean everything about it is. 🐟✡️
This fish was cut with a non-kosher knife possibly used for lobster, so the affected section must be removed. Kashrut is in the details.

Why fish on Shabbat? 🐟
I asked Rabbi Mendy and discovered it’s not just tradition—it’s Torah wisdom. From blessing and abundance to spiritual depth, even what’s on our plate teaches us how to live a more elevated Shabbat.

Mind-blowing theory! 🤯 Abraham sent his children with Keturah (idol worshipers) "to the East" with spiritual gifts. Could this be the origin of mystical concepts in Far Eastern religions that align with Kabbalah? A deep spiritual connection to the ancestor of the faiths! 🕊️ #Judaism #Kabbalah

In Judaism, holy books aren’t thrown away. When sacred texts wear out, they’re treated with dignity and buried in the earth. Because words that carry G-d’s name never become trash—only honored. This is called genizah.
