I am experiencing symptoms. I felt like this last winter and it’s hitting strong now that I’m back at work so I think it’s gone past seasonal. I don’t have an appetite and I really just don’t feel like eating.

I’ve told multiple people that I may have seasonal depression and that I don’t eat regularly. And each and every time I get dismissed or ignored. People tell me to ask for help but when I do it amounts to nothing. So I’m just here now.

It’s my first time with therapy but I felt like most of the time she didn’t know what to say. It was a waste of money and time.

I now see why no one likes BetterHelp. Told this “therapist” I was depressed and didn’t have the motivation to eat and she told me to make an eating schedule. If I don’t have the motivation to read, write, or even eat, what is writing down “eat @ 2:15” going to do.

I’ve had two friends who ghosted me recently, slyly try to circle back into my orbit. Once you close that door, I start laying bricks. I don’t miss nobody but my momma. Have a mediocre life.

Deleted TikTok a couple of days ago because it was dragging me in a vortex. My muscle memory missed it, but I don’t. The content has been stale, it was just a horrible habit at that point.
