Saturday I took my recycling to the local drop off. There was an elderly guy with cerebral palsy on a motorised wheelchair running over aluminum cans. Then I saw who I assumed was his wife or caretaker pulling cans out of the dumpster. I so wanted to video the operation. This is who’s losing SNAP.
