Got the last of the cookies sorted out and the pudding made so the eggs wouldn’t go bad. First time making homemade pudding! And I think it came out pretty good.

Tried a swap to make these gf cake cookies nut free and I think they came out a little weird...well if no one likes them they'll still make great layers for ice cream.

Grocery shopping done, Vday cookie bar done (Cranberry-Butterscotch-Pecan), dishwasher emptied, first load of laundry in the dryer, second load in the washer... making progress. Lunch and a Phanna node to work on Kir's hoverboard and then back to the baking.

I dearly wish I had something published that I could openly claim could have been AI scrapped so that I could be part of a class action lawsuit against it. I would LOVE to go to work, look tech in the eye and go "I'm literally suing this company; no I'm not using it."
