The entire attack scenario makes no sense! I didn’t notice any mention of a massive drone attack in the monitoring chats. Putin would have been moved to a bunker before anything arrived. I would say there’s almost no chance this attack actually took place.

Venezuelas oil sucks! It’s got an API of like 8deg it’s thick like pitch almost solid. They require American or other sourced naphtha to inject to thin the crude to recover it! Without naphtha going in they are SOL!

I’ve been in and out of the power industry for years, and I’ve never encountered anything like this! Has anyone else noticed one of these fuses?
It’s on a 12/7.2kv to 4160/2300v substation, serving a tiny city power supply!
