Why did I have to be the first person in my FC to start (and finish) 7.3, my head is full to bursting with spoilers and speculation and I have to keep my mouth shut aaaaaaaaaaaagh

I know a lotta peeps are Omni-crafters, but what would you say your WoL's primary crafter is. Simon has ARM, GSM, ALC, specialization, but based on pure vibes, Armorer is his Crafter. It's what I do all my crafter weeklies on and the dinkdinkdink is soothing.

Without going into excruciating detail, I am now laptop gaming my way through Spooky Croissant while I figure out which components I'm gutting out of my PC to replace with new ones before migrating to Linux Mint (literal decades of Windows makes the adjustment curve steeper)

- NERF THE DAMN BODY CHECK FOR MOON UPGRADES, PLZ (related: probably don't need five whole instances anymore, either)

Going with the sub-nuclear option of resetting my local files first, but I do still have my old 12th gen CPU sitting around in a pinch... served me perfectly well through all of EW and the first few months of DT before I foolishly abandoned it in pursuit of more cores or whatever

Six days with no crashes and of course I get one tonight while brain-dead crafting a level 65 set for someone. Thinking it might actually be my CPU (14th gen Intel with updated microcode) based on a post in the XIVLauncher support Discord with near-identical symptoms and troubleshooting v.v

TIL you can climb up some of the mountains in Sinus Ardorum to put Etheirys behind you.

(11.4, 13.4; you can walk most of the way up the spine of the mountain.)

Assuming that your ALC stats are higher across the board, it could be latency spikes causing the macro to skip steps (unless you mean fail as in it completes progress without maxing out quality, in which case you might need to change the order of steps to prioritize quality first)
