Raiden has only ever really seen him. Never really a reason to approach him. Most things he's heard of Meteor have been good, mostly from Krile (due to their similar occupations in Old Sharlayan).

Ultimately, Raiden would fight alongside him if ever asked.

Hell, I have a ton of sessions where we just roll a dice once.

Everyone is just in character and acting.
Enjoying the escapism. It's beautiful.

And I enjoy both very much. I grew up with a bunch of thespians, so acting came very naturally and it helped with my development of dialogue.

And when it came to writing; description. It was everything to me.

Both different, but good, and enriching.

Your post is what caused the "core memories". I loved it so much. Just slamming characters and ideas together like dolls was just so. . . Therapeutic.

Allowing for 2 or even more people to just write, feel, and construct.

I do miss it though. Seeing others posts of that desire caused a flood of memories for it. The good (mostly good) and the bad.

But, mostly good.

Now that I think about it, most of my early Internet life was just. . .writing/creating with others.

Man, I remember doing a tremendous amount of writing/long-form roleplaying when I was younger. Mostly on forums/dedicated sites. I always think about getting back into it, but I feel so washed up. The most "writing" I get to do these days is for my DnD sessions (Lore and World building.)

While the spell does give him additional field of view, it does come at a cost: consistent mana usage. So, it does limit his other spell casting and forces him to rely on his martial prowess.

Raiden has crafted an enhancement spell to assist him with sight. As he is missing one eye, having this extra utility lends him aid when in the field with researchers. It was constructed from the red magic knowledge he accumulated: Vermilion Scan (Verscan).
