My dad was rushed into hospital last night after complaining of chest pains

He’s been assessed and has been diagnosed with pneumonia

He will be in for at least a few days due to his heart rate

My dad is in the late stages of Dementia

The cold bitter wind is back at Seaton Delaval station

The wind closed the door for me, only issue is that I was still getting out when it happened

Luckily my hands were clear, don’t want a repeat of last year

If passengers are going to be spending from anywhere from £5,800 to around £30,000 for a luxury train journey, yoy would hope it would be able to run consistently

September 26, 2025: A trip to the Lake District was cut short after only four hours due to a problem with the doors.  This led to the train being put out of service pending the resolution of the issues.

Made it to Doncaster on time with my LNER service
