Here’s a sneak preview of my cover art! I took this photo a week after my brain injury and thought what looks more unstoppable than my face right now?! 🤣 so I mustered up energy to do a small photo shoot. I look so terrible in this photo, my head was swollen but I felt it was worth it for the art.

I’ve been slowly feeling better since my concussion/tbi and was able to work on music for the first time in awhile and I finished - ironically - my track BRAIN today! Mixed, mastered, and created the cover art for the album. I’m so excited to share it. It’s really just fun edm with my vocals.

Side note: I really want to go to Japan. I would live there for a year if I could. Watching creators and other music creators go just show me I need to go lol I feel like I would thrive.

So I haven’t posted on here because 2 weeks ago a truck crashed into my house and I fell from the impact and hit my head and have been recovering from a brain concussion and man… it’s been a struggle. Physical has been harder than mental. And I just feel like I can never catch a break lol

Why is it that every thanksgiving, everyone in the family forgets that we need non thanksgiving meals leading up to thanksgiving. I literally can’t eat anything in my house rn because it’s for tomorrow. I’m out here living off of Chex mix and cold brew for breakfast & lunch 😭

Learning about sync licensing this week in my music marketing class & so many people have gatekeeped how to get opportunities in sync that this feels like I’ve unlocked the secrets finally. When in actuality, there’s so many opportunities for many different artists with different aesthetics.

I’ve been playing #pokemon tcg mobile and I’ve been friending non English speaking people to get cards in different languages for my wonder picks and so far I have 2 Japanese cards, 1 Portuguese (I think), and 1 French card. It’s super neat. It’s the only way to collect them atm.

I’ve heard a lot of people over the last week, say they want to give up their art, nothing matters, & it’s pointless because there is so much darkness in the world.
But I say because of that darkness, the world needs your art, your music, your creativity, and connection even more so now than ever.
