Zani's frazzle to embers mechanic is so weird. The frazzle doesn't count as frazzle even if the icon is under the enemy's HP but somehow it counts as frazzle for her set bonus. Either ways I think Chisa's mechanic is increasing the max DoT applied like Aero Rover's passive
