This Sunday (Oct. 12), part of eastbound Glenwood Avenue will be temporarily closed from 8:45-10:45 a.m. for the 37th Annual Thad & Alice Eure Walk for Hope. Detours will be in place for drivers. If you are driving this route during these hours, please use caution and follow posted detours.

City staff and a consultant presented proposed amplified sound limits to Council on Oct. 7. The proposal includes categories of decibel limits and differentiates between different types of amplified sound. Council will hold a public hearing on the draft ordinance on Oct. 14 at 6 p.m.
