I’m just back from a 2 week vacation in Europe (Italy, which was excellent), but the biggest relief was being FAR away of the everyday insanity of this ridiculous administration. I swear, we are frogs being slowly boiled to death.

Dubs are back! What a relief and a much much needed distraction from reality. Of course, it’s only the very first game of pre-season, but I am chock full of unwarranted optimism for the season! Al Horford looks like a seamless and long-missing piece.

This all just reminds me that we were in some pretty bizarre times around then - still in the early days of COVID, non-stop wildfires and unbreathable air, and then that dark orange day. I didn’t even know what to think (except, take pictures!!! 😅)

Ugh. Wish Arsenal had this Liverpool match a little later in the season. More time for the new guys to integrate. Got a little passive in the 2nd half. Still, it took a wonder strike from LFC to lose.

Very enjoyable way to spend my Saturday morning watching a dominant #Arsenal win! Goals from set pieces, open play, and a penalty. Also got to see Dowman make his debut! Hope injuries to Saka and Ødegaard are minor.
