LaGrange IL, just outside of Chicago. Great turnout! My sign…
You’ve had a brutal night, Tom… Thanks for being a voice for reason. Hit the sack and get some rest. BTW, great piece in the Atlantic yesterday!
Happy birthday, Mark! Fantasy hero of my youth; now real life hero of my declining years 😉
😂😂😂Don’t ruin it for the rest of us insiders!
I’m sorry that such a sensitive, fearless deep thinker as yourself must abide daily knee-jerk attacks. I don’t always agree with everything you write, but I respect your honesty and integrity. Reading your analyses always forces me to re-think my own opinions. You’re a model for all of us.
Just proves the point that when the two biggest dicks in history get into a pissing match its bound to get messy.
You are, simultaneously, the reason why I never had children and the reason why I wish I had.😐
You still have Substack!
Everyone knows Mark is one of the best voice actors ever, right?
Welcome Senator Schiff! You’ve been an incredibly powerful voice during the dark era we are living through. Glad to see that you’re ready to continue as a Senator.
Thank you for sharing your story. I don’t believe that there is anything more difficult in life than losing one’s child. My best to you and your family.
Great to see you here again. You are magnificent! I read and watch everything you produce. We’re going to get through this, just wait.
Welcome! Long-time listener/fan; enjoy your reporting even more than your hosting role.
You were Right! (Again)
Excellent summation! One gets the impression that certain economists really hate to be the bearers of good news. They are almost as responsible for the public’s perception of the economy as the heavily biased MSM. Keep bringing the good stuff, the audience will follow.
Well articulated response to the arrival of ATACMS and the overall assessment of the war by Western powers. I particularly appreciated the workmanlike disassembly of the notion that Ukraine/Russia war is at a stalemate…self-fulfilling error.
Wasn’t I just reading “expert” takes on how the Russian military was learning from and adapting to conditions on the ground? Really have to be careful about the armchair analysts readings. POB is, of course, an exception.
I’m slightly more optimistic: now that ATACMS have been provided and proven effective the Biden administration will be more likely to continue the supply. We’ll know soon.
Well I for one share your frustration; the satisfaction of seeing the effectiveness of these weapons only serves to increase my disappointment of the late delivery. Your analysis is spot on.
