It's been a good weekend. Musicals, writing progress, horror that continues to entertain me, and even some therapy! Hopefully it's enough to get me through the next three days. But in the meantime, good night and pleasant nightmares, everyone.

Welcome to Derry episode 5: ooh, did I enjoy this one! Lots of big moments, plenty of build up, and some reveals that I both saw coming and loved when they happened. Waiting for episode 6 is going to be torture! (Good thing Stranger Things will help with that wait starting Wednesday.)

Wicked: For Good was amazing! So beautiful! It checked all the boxes I wanted from this movie and then some. And yes, I am likely going to go see it again before it leaves theaters. AND I will get a copy when it comes out on home media. Trust me, it's that good.

No matter how many times I see it, Wicked Part One is still a splendid adaptation. Not just a feast for the eyes, but a story whose themes and characters still fill me with joy and hope. And I look forward to seeing Part Two later this weekend.
