Came home from school yesterday to my spouse crying & asking "what are we going to do if they start rounding us up?"

The fact that my NP is this terrified upsets & pisses me off to no end. There are entirely too many ppl in this country that are comfortable with harming others for simply existing.

If you're using one of the dummies which registers depth and rate, it can be useful to lift your hands slightly off the chest while doing compressions to it registers full recoil.

It also just annoys me that individuals, institutions, and the state acknowledge that there's a critical shortage of nurses and physicians...but will do absolutely nothing to actually promote the creation of more nurses and physicians.

Just finished applying and signing for my first year of med school loans. Only a mere $124k of debt and an instant 50 drop in my credit score... 🙄

I feel like throwing this level of financial risk at students is just criminal and is a damning statement about our societal values.
