So, during the government shutdown, and without congressional approval, he found a way to raise our taxes $230,000,000?

I didn’t delete any, I just haven’t posted in a while. My 2nd running streak ended after 47 days due to an injury. I’ve been rehabbing for a couple of weeks now. I’m running again, but not as far and not every day.
#Running #streak day 47. Quick, short strides and less distance. With the rain and the left #Iliac hip flexor pain just tried to get in and out quickly.
#Running #streak day 46. Left Iliac hip flexor pain with each step but still managed to put in some miles. First two miles slow, low HR pace, then pushed it the last mile.
#Running #streak day 45. Iliac hip flexor pain persists but not as bad as yesterday so I was able to run longer.
Notably they both voted for Trump. FAFO.
#Running #streak day 43. #Parkrun #27. Left hip flexor pain. Ran hard the first 2.33 miles but didn’t have it in me today to hold this pace so stopped timing to walk a bit to recover, then ran the rest of the way. I recorded the walk/run part separately. Total parkrun time was 25:35.
Amazing! I love this dog!
#Running #streak day 37. Still having the left hip flexor pain that started last week. Started late, warmer but less humid. Still, worked up a nice sweat. Short, slow, low HR run before the VO2 Max test.
Unfortunately not as masterful as Putin at it.
#Running #streak day 36. #Parkrun #26. Sunny and humid. Didn’t feel good in my warm-ups, so I decided not to push myself today. Slower than usual first mile, then increased the pace a bit each mile.
If someone told me it’s crazy that I like to run I’d consider it a compliment. It’s like those cross-country shirts that say “my sport is your sport’s punishment.”
#Running #streak day 35. Slow, short, easy run the day before #parkrun.
Maybe it’s the humidity and slightly warmer temps. I’ve been sweating a lot on and right after my recent morning runs.
#Running #streak day 34. Warmer weather means more sweat, so even on a slower run I feel like I did something.
#Running #streak day 33. Added distance and hills while going at a slower pace, keeping my heart rate in the low to mid 120s the first three miles.
Who was that masked man?
#Running #streak day 31. Quick, short run before doctor appointment.
#Running #streak day 30. Bad right knee soreness at the start. It improved when I hit a steep uphill so I kept looking for #hills to climb after that. Ran faster uphill than ever before. Slow, zone 2 low HR start followed by a last half mile fast mostly uphill finish.
You were a hero as Mr Sulu on Star Trek but you’re an even greater hero now! Thanks for standing up for the good guys!
