Fighting it myself right now.

The older I get the more stress and depression there is. Money, work/life balance,fomo,"feelings".

The one thing that I try to remember is that I'm not alone and I don't need to suffer in silence.

For those wondering how this happened,

There was definitely black mold spores floating around in the house during the renovation. And it would seem that the bed frame that we had been using was allowing for some humidity and moisture to be trapped between the mattress and the bed frame.
