É muito interessante isso que ela fala, eu vi analistas (o próprio Breno) errarem nesse ponto e acaba que também acreditei neles, superestimaram as milícias e acreditaram na lealdade do exército reformado de Chávez e pensaram que as milícias agiriam como um grupo separado liderado pelos cidadãos.
