My pie-in-the-sky fantasy is that when Trump announces he has canceled the midterms (yes I know he “can’t”, he will still *announce* it) MAGA voters don’t show up because he ordered them not to and the election goes overwhelmingly against the Republicans.

Like, if he woke up one day and said, “maybe instead of being a finance-bro grifting the government and the suckers to try and profit off of shell games I should build something people won’t hate” he could burn out his businesses getting a moonbase.
