Small fridge or the walk in? Cause if it's the walk in they definitely are a little fucked. and yeah I don't know what it is about nursing homes but turn over is weirdly high our security code is changed like every 2 weeks cause someone leaves or gets fired

YOOO I work in a nursing home too albeit in the kitchen while thankfully no one has fallen they take forever to get everyone in the dining room so we can serve. And I’m literally not supposed to serve with atleast one T-T I really hope that resident is ok!!

Can't believe this needs to be said, but don't treat the internet like your private journal.

Not even cloud-hosted word processors.

Once it's out there, it can and likely WILL be traced back to you if someone is petty enough.

If you MUST journal, make a physical one. On paper. And hide it well.
