For dinner tonight we had vegetarian lasagna and it was very good.
The mince from redefine meat worked really great, so far it is one of the best replacements out there.

My mental health was really not good today. But I had Bubble Tea so it could have been worse. I could have had a bad day and no Bubble Tea, so in my books that's a win 🧋
