Back Cove Music & Arts Festival organizers will likely pay Portland about $185,000 for being able to hold the event on city land in early August.
The payments include $100,000 to a non-profit group that helps maintain city parks, $1 for every ticket sold, plus expenses, repairs, licenses, permits.

Jane Morgan, who sang on Broadway, in nightclubs, on TV's "Ed Sullivan Show" and on hit records like "Fascination," died Monday at 101. She had been a Kennebunkport summer resident most of her life.
