There’s nothing bad at all about “mutual gratification”. My point is that some guys are not ideally looking for 50/50 play where one guy ties the other up etc and then they swap over. Some are more drawn to a clearer D/s dynamic and I think that’s tough to find.

I think it’s always been the case that there are a relatively small number of guys who are predominantly active and loads of guys who prefer to sub. I don’t actually think a huge amount of play is actually going on these days and most of it is often 50/50 mutual gratification stuff.
