My favorite anime this seasons is definitely Ruri Rocks. The titular Ruri's impetuous and enthusiastic nature - skillfully acted by Miyari Nemoto - is infectious, and the show's use of color and light is gorgeous. Add to that the SD chibi scenes and some actual rock intel, and it's a real gem.

My favorite anime this season is definitely A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof - the animation, creativity, and comedy on display is awesome, the voice work is great, and the quickly-dispatched ninja-of-the-week baddies are excellent. It's a bit of a dark comedy at times, too - poor Aoko!
