"Initially called “Every Kid Eats,” he started the program in 2022, when he began going to dozens of individual restaurants and pitching the idea. In its inaugural year, seven restaurants participated. Three summers later, the total is now 18."

- Out of respect for the safety of our vendors and their families, we've been legally advised not to release names as doing so could increase risk of harm or retaliation.

- We've been in contact with Rep. Jayapal, Mayor Harrell’s office, and CM Rinck to advocate for our vendors.

- We haven’t been able to speak with our detained vendors yet, but we know they’re at the Tacoma facility. This kind of isolation is by design and we are not giving up.
