This demolition of the East Wing is absolutely unauthorized.
Send the Capitol Police to arrest the workers and their bosses.
Make working on this project a liability to any company that considers working on it.

Look at all the long list of things they’ve done - while we file lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit.

I’m saying let’s do the stuff - and let them sue us. We’ll take their lawsuits as seriously as they take ours.
The key is: Dems need to fight - and maybe voters will help them take back govt.

And progressives bitched about Biden not replacing Garland. We bitched about allowing Cannon to rule on a case that was 1500% a conflict of interest.

Biden didn’t help. Garland was aggressive in his passivity.

Then Pelosi split the BBBA in two and handed a gift to republicans by letting them vote for roads -but shredding the progressive half into something 28% of its intended size.

Suggestion for democrats looking to DO SOMETHING:

Call the police and have the workers arrested. This demolition is absolutely NOT authorized using the proper process.

Arrest them all. Or just issue a stop work order. Make it a liability for any contractor to work on this project.

This work is absolutely unauthorized. Just arrest everyone doing the work. From the owner of the company to the laborers.

Make it a bad decision for people to try and do this unauthorized work.

What would we do? Take them to court?

The changes they are making - Project 2025 - is not stuff they would do knowing it could all be reversed in a year.
I hope I’m wrong. I will be ecstatic if I’m wrong.

He can’t cancel USAID either. He can’t create tariffs either. He can’t even make changes to the exterior of the White House.
I can’t recommend more strenuously that you consider we’re in a different America now. He can declare and emergency. He can do stuff we haven’t even thought of yet.
