My list looks very similar to yours. But I only liked S1 of the Witcher.

I've heard good things about Chief of War.

I recently watched House of Guinness, it was alright, norhing special.

If you get appletv for chief, you should check out Severance ( not historical, though)

From grey plastic to fully painted! Ancient Leshan is a cool mini from one of the Witcher sets for Umatched. So much fun to paint!

I agree on Witcher 1 being the best, but boy, do I wish the game would let us kill, or at least punch Jethro.

The lead story director is currently doing a playthrough with commentary, btw. Really great for fans of the game.

I'd much preferred if the environment did the storytelling here.

I think you are right about costume and makeup, I've accepted it wont get any better by now, but sometimes it still makes me tilt my head.

Ofcourse thats a nitpick. overall, the writers not being capable of calm, nuanced storytelling is the least of this shows problems.

What I've seen of regis so far wasn't better or worse than most of the other storylines with exception of Yennefer/Francesca stuff.

I fear another S2 situation.
