I’m coming back….the high heel, poofy skirt, bright colors, and girly girl is back. I’m going to get through this hard time & come out better than ever. I’m going to find happiness again.
Sometimes the hardest this is to cry out to others for help during difficult situations but it’s sometimes the best thing to do
Sometimes you have to admit you need help with something and take that first step…asking to meet with your Pastor about things is hard but it’s also the right thing to do.

I’ve been doing MOST of what my current weight loss doctor has told me to but haven’t had much progress….i feel like there is a underlying problem why I can’t lose the weight
Decided to go see a different weight loss doctor-i haven’t had much progress with my current one~I feel their way is more generic instead of personal. So I’m going to a hormone/weight loss specialist. They are going to do a complete blood work up..hoping for answers soon

It’s interesting how your body reacts to your environment..stress. Wednesday I had to leave work early bc I was lightheaded….Ive had a few anxiety attacks (just trying to catch my breath) and been finally crying. I need to journal tomorrow #journal #sad #stressed
This last several weeks has been hard on my weight loss journey. Sunday is my official weigh in day and I’m dreading it. I’ve been stressed with some things going on at home….haven’t slept well….ate candy….skipped meals….blood pressure has been up….dreading my appointment Tues #weightloss
I haven’t had candy from the candy basket at work for over. Month….the streak ended this week….so discouraged about not having any progress I’m eating candy

Made a smoothie bowl for breakfast today…it was good but to me I like drinking my smoothies…also made some scrambled eggs with goat cheese and now it’s my new favorite thing for breakfast
I should get more extensive bloodwork. The only thing the dietitian tested me for was pre diabetes
I haven’t had any progress on my weight loss…it’s been quite frustrating. I’ve met my protein goals, stayed mostly under my cals, and worked out a few times a week but the scale is going UP not down….#frustrated #weightloss #healthgoals
