Loved the Atari line! I was the Denver area repairman in the 80s.

And the last thing I am putting away from Atari Party is the venerable Atari Falcon030. The Falcon would be Atari’s final computer before concentrating on the Jaguar games console. It featured a 68030 CPU and a Motorola 56001 DSP. #Atari

Putting things away from Atari Party. This is the Atari MEGA STE. The left side of the unit is designed to handle the weight of a CRT monitor while the right side is where the hard drive is and the fins allow for air flow cooling. Cool design. #Atari

Putting things away from Atari Party. Here in the Atari Jaguar. I once owned just about everything for this system, but these days just a small subset. I do have a multicart though so that makes things more complete. Sadly the Jaguar was the end of the line for the Tramiel era of #Atari

Putting things away from Atari Party. Here is the Atari XE Game System. Atari rebadged its home computer line into something to compete with Nintendo. It basically just competed with its own 7800 console and nobody else. It came with Flight Simulator 2. You know, something every kid wants. #Atari

Putting things away from Atari Party. Here is the Atari Portfolio. It is known as an ATM hacking computer from the Terminator movies. I used the Portfolio at Temple University to attempt to stay organized. My original Portfolio is gone, but @benjedwards.com sold me this one a few years ago. #Atari

Putting things away from Atari Party. Here is the Atari 800XL with a 1050 disk drive and 1030 modem. The 800XL was my main computer from 1983 - 1985. My brother ended up taking it university with him and I got my 520ST. #Atari

Had a great time at Atari Party again this year. Got in quality time with AvP on the Jaguar (always look forward to that), played the new DigDug and enjoyed a few tracks of Super Sprint on the ST. Thanks again to @rectapete.bsky.social And here’s a little vid of the action!
