After a week of ridiculous Republican smears and Trump claiming that “very few people are going to be there,” you just made history. #NoKings
No Kings D.C. was AMAZING! So happy to have been there to hear Bernie Sanders and Bill Nye speak! 😭😭😭 #nokings

🧵 The passage of this dangerous Republican funding bill is a travesty. The ongoing administrative coup led by Donald Trump and Elon Musk is a constitutional crisis. The authoritarians stripping away our rights and trying to loot the government to enrich the billionaires are a five-alarm fire.

“There’s gonna be a big presence in DC, but it’s not just DC — I want to see this in rural areas, in suburban areas, in urban areas, in red states, purple states, blue states. It’s going to take all of us.” - @ezralevin.bsky.social

Our Dawn Summers, gone too soon 😭 RIP Umad 💔
This is what my grief looks like. My mother passed away a month ago and I can’t get out of this hole that I’m in. #grief #loss #anxiety

Trump letting us ALL know how much he loves himself… #donaldtrump #king
What in the actual fuck??
We have nothing. No funeral. No ashes. No photos. No heirlooms. Nothing we grew up with. She’s just gone. Like it never happened. The anger I feel everyday is awful. The helplessness. Why aren’t families given any rights??? #probatelaw #grief #law #help #death #loss #advice #lawyers #rights
How are there not protections for the families of the deceased??? Why do they have no rights?

My mother just passed away. My family was there to hold her hand. But as soon as she passed? Her husband left the hospice, went to their house, changed the locks, blocked our phones & social media.
The horrors persist.
Me too. Life is too quiet. I feel like I’m sitting here being kept from the rest of the world.
An entire community of people ripped from our hands. People I’ve seen grow, better themselves, share their lives. People that have shared their art, foods, music, lives. A worldwide community I cannot get back.

This all because our government doesn’t want us to see real world events and news.
I’m sad, angry, lost. We can’t let this continue. We can’t let them control what we see and learn.
