This is why basic education standards should include the ability to form, understand, and critically analyze arguments. Without this ability, you may not be able to see the logical flaws in statements such as Mr. Steube's.
Rep. Steube: "They want ICE agents to have their ID, but they don't want voters who vote in our nation's elections to have ID to show they're actual citizens of our country. The hypocrisy is beyond the pale."

Also - a thing I’ve been thinking about is that the Trump admin people thought of Minnesota as a lot of very nice white people who by virtue of being nice were not strong which is part of right wing ideology now
There are so many good signs that we don’t talk about enough and the neighborhood organizing in MN and the efforts against ICE abuse and the organic community care for immigrants and people at risk and the volunteer observers

Yeah, advocate for who you want the candidate to be, persuade people, and then also realize that whoever comes out of the process is better on every single issue than any Republican who comes out of their process. That’s the whole point.
