Personal triumph I'm celebrating today, as I've just hit my initial weight loss goal after 9 months of trying to get healthy!

I've now lost 47lbs (~21kg) from my heaviest-ever weight, which was measured last year, and I feel pretty damn pleased with myself 💪💪💪

Today is a bittersweet day.

I've streamed in the afternoons (UK time) for the last 8 years, but sadly I had to go get myself one of those "job" things.
