I had a lovely afternoon with middle kid. We watched pan’s labyrinth, ate food and then chatted for a few hours
Also asked my mum to move my time with the kids on Tuesday from 11-7 to 12-8, as eldest kid is working until 3.30 and I want a bit more time with all 3 together to go presents & feed them

Today, despite a bad night emotionally and sleep wise, I got my uni assignment finished and submitted and I managed an hours nap
Also, appetite wise I’m feeling much better than yesterday, less panicky about the need for food

I’ve pretty much finished my uni assignment. I’ve read it through many times and did the read aloud function too. I’ve submitted it, but it’s not did until the 5th jan so if i remember something I can edit and submit it again

With the help of promethazine and kind friends I was finally able to calm down enough to sleep about 3am. I got about 4hrs sleep, not enough but hopefully will be enough to get my uni work done today

I am using up the last wegovy pen I have, taking a higher dose (still a safe dose),
Tonight the wegovy is starting to work stomach fullness and uncomfortableness wise, but the food noise is still really loud like i desperately want to eat/overeat/binge, but my stomach wouldn’t react well
