Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure to co-organize the seminar “Election Observation and Democracy Assistance” at the Waseda University.

The event gathered practitioners and scholars on #ElectionObservation such as Hyo-sook Kim, Hiroyuki Urabe, Takashi Nagatsuji and myself.
