The Slaves to Darkness might have something that could work, likely the Warrior or Chosen kits have some heads. You could also go outside Warhammer and look at tiefling minis. The horns are more prominent but the D&D Frameworks Tiefling Warlock has some hard plastic heads that might fit the bill.
Everything looks to be Kurnothi to me, but that seem too easy... I'm gonna say its a meat chunk from the possible upcoming ogor release, hopefully including a Butcher. That, or a Haunch-Trogg.
