What do I love about Aerith?: “I love Aerith's sweetness, sassiness and overall ability to find the good in the bad. We've seen that she too has moments of volnerability, but her honesty and bravery in confronting it helps her shine even more. Her empathy and thoughttulness brings everyone together, making her a precious and lovely team member that we feel hollow when she's not by our side in game. I adore how every one of her actions is purposeful and filled with love in all it's forms. She truly embodies the soul of someone who cherishes life more than anyone else.”

Light’s writing sample is an excerpt from “Flowers for Fenrir”:

Aerith's flowers seemed delighted as their perfumed scent wafted in their air alongside their joyful and delicate yellow petals. No doubt they were anticipating whom they would soon belong to. While their use was fleeting, they knew it had profound meaning and could bring unimaginable joy to another.

At least, that's what Aerith felt they were telling her. Their voices were soft, sometimes hard to discern, but the feeling was always strongly there. Many would think she was mad, and sometimes she wondered if she was, even if just a bit. But Aerith took comfort in the memories of her mother's stories—tales of their people and her own interpretations of the meaning behind their gifts. And with those ideals firmly planted in her heart, she confronted her fears every Saturday at the market. Maybe this time, she’d get a chance to talk to another knight. And who knows, maybe he’d appear again one day.
