I finally fell asleep last night...what a difference sleep makes in your mind and headspace ;_;. Its incredibly hard for me to fall asleep when im going through manic episodes and they are exhausting. I wish I could describe that sickening manic "wired" feeling. X_X. Im happy Its better today ;_;
