Tonight, I spoke on the House floor to honor Delta Sigma Theta’s Founders Day. Founded 113 years ago by 22 courageous Black women at Howard University. Earlier today, I introduced a congressional resolution honoring that legacy. I’m proud to carry it forward alongside my sorors in Congress.
