Dignity in transit isn’t optional.

I led the fight in Congress to write protections for travelers with disabilities into the law — now they must be enforced.

I've urged Secretary Duffy to ensure all wheelchair users are guaranteed fair access & the safe handling of mobility devices by airlines.

In reality, Trump has no "plan” to fix health care.

Time is running out to lower coverage costs for 2026 — families have already received price increase notices in the mail.

Democrats have a bill to extend ACA tax credits for 3 years. The way to make coverage more affordable is to pass it now.

The White House tried to force through a Keystone Cop operation with an incompetent prosecution led by an illegally-appointed prosecutor.

It’s no surprise the whole thing collapsed exactly as you'd expect when you don’t follow the law.

Senator Kelly is a combat veteran and a patriot. His message to the troops was not one of disobedience but of conscience — service members swear an oath to the U.S. Constitution, not to any one man.

Good news: This week, The Trump Administration backed off plans to kick thousands of seniors off their disability benefits.

I will always fight to protect Arizonans' hard-earned Social Security.

Last week I met with María Corina Machado, Nobel Peace Prize winner and Venezuelan opposition leader now forced into hiding by the Maduro regime.

We discussed the courage of Venezuela's resistance movement and how we can help them achieve the democratic society they voted for.

At stake: $32 million and nearly 1,400 housing units to support our most vulnerable.

These are Arizonans who have worked hard to achieve stability. They deserve better.
As a former mayor, I know firsthand what works to combat homelessness: getting folks into stable housing while providing access to addiction treatment and mental health services.

Trump is cutting off federal funding for proven solutions, and vulnerable Arizonans are going to pay the price.

Glad to spend yesterday in Barrios Unidos Park for Guajolotón. Between giving away 1,500 free turkeys, firefighter vaccine clinics, and live entertainment, events like this bring the community together.

Great to speak with mayors from across the country this week — including Chandler’s very own Mayor Hartke — about how global partnerships can create good jobs at home.

Look no further than AZ's booming semiconductor industry: when we invests in diplomacy, communities like ours win.

Arizona is a measles hotspot right now, and it’s totally preventable. Grateful to Chief Duran and the Phoenix Fire Dept. for stepping up with free vaccine clinics this month and next to keep families safe.

Another banner year for the Sun Devil Volleyball, the official Big 12 Season Champions for the second year in a row.

Incredible work by the team and the program — you make Arizona proud.

Thrilled to see a neighbor from Ahwatukee taking up the baton at the Symphony of the Southwest.

I wish Maestro Julie Desbordes all the best as she works to bring world-class music to our community.

There is no credible evidence linking vaccines to autism.

This dangerous change to CDC guidance could lead to countless preventable deaths — especially among kids.

The new criteria set by Trump's HUD cuts to funding for permanent supportive housing in Maricopa County by HALF — forcing thousands of Arizonans out of their homes and back on the streets.

Secretary Turner, our fellow citizens deserve better.

The Trump administration has deployed an invasion-level force to the Caribbean, and the House of Representatives has not held a single hearing on it. Not one.

Americans don't want to sleepwalk into another forever war.

Thank you @underwood.house.gov for helping lead the charge and getting the U.S. Coast Guard to rescind this decision.
Today it was revealed that the Coast Guard would no longer classify swastikas and nooses as hate symbols. Unacceptable. I just met with Admiral Lunday, and got his committment to publish a new policy. Hate has no place in our armed services.

I appreciated the chance to meet Guatemala's Ambassador Beteta to discuss efforts to root out corruption, stabilize the region, and expand their partnership with Taiwan.

A stronger, more democratic Guatemala is good for our security and our economy.

The swastika is the ultimate symbol of hatred and serves as a call for the annihilation of the Jewish people.

The noose is a dark reminder of the horrors of slavery and Jim Crow lynchings in America.

Neither symbol is has any place in our society, especially our armed services.

Today, on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honor the lives stolen by violence, including Phoenix’s own Kitty Monroe, a talented artist targeted for who she was.

We owe it to Kitty — and to so many others — to fight to provide safety and dignity to every transgender American.

Senator Kelly and these other Members of Congress served our nation honorably and courageously.

Trump’s death threats are pathetic and very, very dangerous.

Glad to meet with the Gila River Indian Community’s Governor Lewis to discuss what comes next for water use and the Colorado River.

We discussed post-2026 guidelines, GRIC’s water rights, and ensuring Tribes are full partners in any long-term agreement.

Tucked inside government funding bill was a provision that could allow senators to receive personal payouts if their phone records were seized in the federal January 6th investigation.

It was great to reconnect with Ambassador Crespo Sancho to discuss how Trump’s global tariffs are hitting Costa Rica, our joint work to disrupt drug trafficking routes, and how we can further bolster the semiconductor supply chain.

I’m grateful for her partnership and leadership.

By forcing this vote, a bipartisan majority in the House is pushing back on Trump's assault on workers rights and his disastrous gutting of the federal workforce.

I'm proud to stand with @Golden.house.gov and the public servants who keep our country running.
