Let’s be clear: I’m all for permitting reform & modernizing our infrastructure. I’m not for gutting environmental laws & the rights of our frontline communities.

NEPA exists to make sure there’s a backstop to protect our lands, waters, sacred sites, and communities.

ICYMI: The GOP is trying to pass Permitting Reform legislation that would gut protections for Tribes and communities to oppose strip mining and oil and gas drilling.

These lands have been protected by Tribal treaty rights since the 19th Century. How is this America First?

So, Congress is on fire 🔥 (or at least the subway) which seems like such a metaphor for the week doesn’t it? ⬇️

And yet, he indicated he did—and then the White House defended it.

This is not ok.

Is this America First? Taking away the rights of American Tribal Nations and communities—to prioritize the profits of foreign mining companies?

Here’s what our friends across the aisle had to say. ⬇️

This Transgender Day of Remembrance, I want to honor every trans life we’ve lost and send love to all who may be mourning today.

May their memories be a blessing and a reminder that we must continue to combat hate and build a world where every person can live as their true, authentic self. 🩵🩷🤍

The truth is simple—justice for survivors is not a partisan issue.
For decades, the justice system has failed those abused by Epstein and his associates.

Congress has a responsibility to pursue truth, justice, and accountability—wherever that leads.

And, we must ensure this never happens again.

It’s time to get back to work for the American people! Stop attacking healthcare, our communities, and basic decency. Let’s fix the system and address housing, food, healthcare, and basic human dignity. This is what we were elected to do!

The Epstein survivors have been telling their stories for years, but many have been threatened, discounted, and had their cases swept under the rug to protect the rich and powerful.

It’s time for these cases to come into the light! We won’t leave any stone unturned.

Moments ago, the Epstein Petition passed the Senate. It now goes to the President’s desk.

This is just the beginning of justice for the survivors. 🙏

The fentanyl crisis has devastated far too many families across the country—it can impact any family, anywhere, any time.

That is why I am proud to be a member of the Bipartisan Fentanyl Caucus—and co-lead the Fight Illicit Pill Presses Act—to crack down on the illegal manufacturing of fentanyl.

We are not backing down. We will not move on. We are here to seek truth and justice for the survivors and for the American people. So, Mr. President. Release the files. We’ve already subpoenaed them. The truth will come out.

60,000 private sector jobs were lost during the shutdown. That is on top of the hundreds of thousands who were furloughed.

60,000 who lost their ability to put food on the table because the GOP would rather play political games than negotiate a healthcare fix. It’s time to get back to work!

As my GOP colleagues contemplate whether or not to vote to release the Epstein Files tomorrow, remember:

1. History is watching.
2. Trump is named over 1,600 times in the docs we received from the estate last week.

If you think this is the end, this is just the beginning.
