incidentally the whole point of stuff like having a federal dept of health and human services is instead of each of us all figuring it out on our own, we all chip and and hire the best scientists in the world to do our research

I have been frustrated by the narrative around #burnout in medicine, so I wrote about what I believe makes a better, more comprehensive framework of systems-based trauma.

Put simply, health professionals are traumatized by the system, and are leaving in droves.
