A collaboration between me, @amsouth.bsky.social & Lesley Harrison, performed at @rethinkingfable.bsky.social (www.rethinking-fables.org.uk). Lesley & Alex weave together pieces by me and Alex and a poem by Lesley to create a new fable, "The Gannet and the Whale". www.youtube.com/watch?v=r55d...

Spotted two majestic Kudus in Camden this Saturday, part of
The Herds stampede. Incredible to see these creatures come to life & transform the street into a space of powerful storytelling. It was a priviledge to meet them & wishing them a safe journey north.

Absolutely thrilled that next Thursday I'll be speaking at the Rethinking Fables conference and sharing what I've learned from reading Ernest Thompson Seton's journals. This is brand new research, so I'm excited to share it properly for the first time.

I had a stimulating time preparing for it and then facilitating it. Thank you to the participants for trusting their wonderful stories to this process of inquiry. Keep writing ✍🏽

I'm so enjoying being involved in this University of Kent-based project: 'Rethinking Fables in the Age of Global Environmental Crisis'. Following on from the workshop facilitation I did last year, I'm grateful to have been commissioned to write a new sequence of #poems around the project's theme.
This image advertises the 'Rethinking Fables in the Age of Global Environmental Crisis' project. These words are written in large white letters across the bottom of the image. In the top right hand corner, the words 'University of Kent' appear (white on a black background) to indicate where the project is based. The central image shows a sketch of a rat in water with its whiskered nose above the surfact and its front right paw roped to a frog's leg - the frog is tugging it along through the water.
