I really wish ABC News would stop referring to Shincheonji as a "Christian cult".

It is a cult of personality which utilises mutilated Christian language & symbolism to falsely portray itself as a legitimate faith community.

Calling Shincheonji "Christian" is like calling Dan Brown an historian.

I have nothing but absolute respect for the office of the President of the United States of America.

I have nothing but utter contempt for the narcissistic sociopath by whom that office is presently occupied - and his enablers and facilitators. #Trump

Scott Morrison, if Muslim clerics should be subject to national accreditation, registration, training & disciplinary regimes, the same goes for non-denominational churches whose clergy attend "bible colleges" outside academic oversight or discipline, & who regularly preach hatred & bigotry. #Auspol

It is becoming clear that Donald Trump is attempting to fashion the Board of Peace, not into a mechanism for the reconstruction and renewal of Gaza, but into an alternative global governance body to the UN. All of it under his control. If that doesn't terrify you, I guess nothing will. #Trump

According to media reports, Benjamin Netanyahu has joined Donald Trump's "Board of Peace".

It hardly needs recounting that Netanyahu has an outstanding ICC warrant for alleged war crimes pending against him.

This does not bode well for the people of Gaza or Israel. #Trump #Gaza

I sure hope Albanese doesn't accept Trump's invitation to join his so-called "Board of Peace". In fact, I hope he tells Trump to stick it where the sun don't shine. Or, in Trump's case, where he thinks the sun shines out of. #Trump #Auspol

Those who claim Trump shows signs of dementia or mental instability are missing the point. Trump is neither. Rather, what we are seeing today is the product of a narcissistic sociopath operating without constraints in the presence of lackeys and sycophants. #Trump

Trump claims his administration's actions in Latin America are about liberating people from oppressive govts; but his preparedness to treat with the ongoing regime in Venezuela & his warning to Cuba that they should do a deal reveals his real intent: to reimpose pre-WWII US economic hegemony. #Trump

María Machado giving her Nobel Prize to Donald Trump recalls Didius Julianus buying the Roman empire from the Praetorian Guard after the murder of Commodus. Julianus didn't live long enough to regret his purchase; and I suspect Machado will bear nothing but bitter fruit from this transaction. #Trump
