one of the saddest downsides of being Too Woke is that i can't really get into the olympics because i just start thinking about the corruption of it as an institution. but man i love sportsmanship and competition and the sense of humanity coming together to just compete in shit for its own sake

late game ff tactics is just having a jojo battle with the game's enemy ai. i build my bullshit party but then the game has its own bullshit to counter my own, so i have to do even more bullshit to counter the game's counter. it rules

i just did session 0 with the kids and teenagers are so fucking funny man. also just like i hoped, the type of kids who would join a public library dnd club are actually really cool and creative and they didn't need any push from me to engage with the game. this is boding well
in january i'm gonna be running a dnd game for teens that visit the library. this job rules man

i grew up in a small town in the middle of bumfuck nowhere in the savannah, but my dad is from the caribbean coast and my mom from the andes, so i got to see the whole breadth of the country as a kid. i miss the mountains a lot in particular, that's where i saw snow for the first time
