This is Rex!!
He is my first fursuit project who I finished in the Summer. This was a massive learning project and I am very pleased how he turned out!
The head has magnet eyelids and tongue, a chin guard, and a hollow / pick-able nose.

He looks incredible! Do you design these as premades?
I know now how painful lining is to sew and integrate but it is definitely a huge quality of life feature for the user experience. What is the benefit of not including it? ๐ค

Gosh thats incredible!! How do you approach doing the leatherwork for projects like this? Are you able to sew it with regular thread and needles?
