So, Lower Courts ordered SNAP be paid out immediately. Trump cryied to SCOTUS and they paused the Courts ruling. Now the states that immediately paid out the SNAP benefits when the Courts said they had too pay are now being threatened by the Administration with legal actions against those states ???

If the President won't payout the SNAP benefits that Congress already appropriated ... perhaps Congress Republicans should grow a backbone and end this charlatan pretending to be a President from throwing temper tantrums and release the funds they have already approved !!!
